The Entry ~ $75
This beginning experience steps you into the do it yourself process with guidance and expert advice on color schemes and style selection.
This Room gives you the time to take advantage of a professional that will advise you throughout your home! We do a one hour design consultation where we get your style and goals established. This is the starting point for the other Rooms, but the use of The Entry will be the beginning of your experience in continuing on doing the work. Evaluating a specific need or want (redesign or staging) can be done during The Entry where we can start together. We always begin in The Entry!
The Great Room ~ $1100
For the client who wants the best - 'top of fashion' for the home.
This will be a Room to Renew in the full sense of the words. We'll begin with a complete design consultation, a.k.a. The Entry. We will also provide a sketch of the transformed room with the floor plan, paint selections, furniture choices, art pieces, lighting, fabrics and accessories. All included in this room is four hours of design planning, two follow-up appointments, ten hours of shopping services and continued to the separate installation day. The Great Room is sure to amaze you and give you the 'desired look'!
The Den ~ $550
Working with your own furniture pieces, but perhaps don't have the time or knowledge to make the room have the look you have visualized.
A design in a day mixed with traditional methods to bring about The Den. We begin with The Entry to determine your needs and budget, along with making your shopping list! We love to shop! We do five hours of shopping services in order to obtain all of the items that will give you the WOW factor! This Room includes one follow-up appointment and then followed with a separate day of installation. You would just need to come home to a wonderful new room!
The Breakfast Nook ~ $375
The ideal Room for those on a tight budget, for a time of transition or an ideal gift to a loved one (Wedding or Christmas gift).
This is a refreshing choice. The Breakfast Nook includes one hour of The Entry, followed by a separate design installation day. The existing furniture, accessories and photos are professionally redesigned in a fabulous new look. You'll be pleasantly surprised by this selection.
 NOT SURE WHAT TO DO?
Schedule The Entry and Rooms to Renew will credit half of the $75 toward the Room of your choice.
Important Information:
^ The Entry is always paid on the day of service. The other Rooms are paid as half on the day of completion and the remaining is paid within 30 days.
^ A 80% deposit is required for all forecasted shopping services established. Rooms to Renew receives new client requests daily, the deposit acts as a security deposit as well for your location on the our calendar.
^ Any additional services or consultations are billed at $75 per hour.
^ Any additional shopping services is billed at $25 per half hour.
^ A $35 travel fee is applied to clients more than 30 miles outside of the 84157 zip code area. We gladly serve the Wasatch Front, but as our calendar stays booked, an hour drive time means depriving other clients of an appointment.
^ Any specialty projects or services done by Rooms to Renew (such as: upholstery, sewing, painting, written checklist, art project and/or any other custom work required) will have a $100 minimum additional fee added to the "Room" per project.
^ Since clients select a "Room", we must adhere to the descriptions and methods as much as possible. Real Estate Staging works into the "Room" as well, based on the needs of the seller, we simply remove personal items rather than enhancing them.
^ Returning Clients receive 10% off!
